Global Expertise. Northern Michigan Lifestyle. Luxury Real Estate, Redefined.

Audra offers her clients a distinct advantage in the luxury real estate market—blending international business acumen with a deep, personal connection to Northern Michigan.

Born and raised in Livonia, Michigan, Audra is a graduate of Hillsdale College and holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Her professional career began on the trading floors of Europe, where she built a successful tenure as a derivatives trader for JP Morgan and Barclays Capital in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and Johannesburg.

In 2005, Audra shifted gears and relocated to Islamorada in the Florida Keys to raise her two young children. There, she opened a boutique yoga studio and became actively involved in marine conservation. She held leadership roles with Coral Restoration and the Aquarius Foundation, playing an integral role in Fabien Cousteau’s Mission 31—a groundbreaking underwater research initiative. During this time, summers were spent in Northern Michigan at the family’s lakefront cottage—a tradition that would eventually bring her home.

In 2014, Audra purchased a farm in Leelanau County and, a year later, relocated permanently to the Traverse City area with her children, Téa and Luca. Téa, an accomplished equestrian and Traverse City Central graduate, now attends the University of Michigan. Luca will graduate from Central High School this spring and begin his studies at Indiana University in the fall. As a family, they share a love for the outdoors, embracing a lifestyle that includes skiing, fly fishing, scuba diving, and global travel.

Audra entered the real estate world in 2016, quickly establishing herself as a trusted advisor to clients seeking exceptional properties and a seamless, concierge-level experience. She specializes in luxury homes, waterfront estates, equestrian properties, and vacation retreats—frequently assisting out-of-state buyers who rely on her expertise for remote, sight-unseen purchases.

She also serves as a key member of the management team for Traverse City Horse Shows, a prestigious 13-week international equestrian event held each summer in Williamsburg. As the Exclusive Real Estate Partner of the show, Audra works with elite riders, trainers, and investors looking to establish a seasonal or permanent presence in the region.

Through her boutique real estate group, Great Lakes Equestrian Realty, a division of Exit Northern Shores, Audra provides a refined, relationship-driven approach to buying and selling in Northern Michigan. Her focus on lifestyle, legacy, and long-term value sets her apart in a competitive market.

Whether you’re purchasing a generational estate, seeking a seasonal retreat, or relocating to the region, Audra delivers a sophisticated, highly personalized experience—grounded in integrity, expertise, and a passion for the Northern Michigan way of life
